Definition: Performing two consecutive
sets of different exercises without rest in between.
Super setting is considered an advanced technique but beginners can use them. Super setting is performed to
completely fatigue the muscle group and reach down to the deepest muscle fibers. An example would be
doing a set of dumbbell bench presses followed by a set of dumbbell flyes. Or, you can superset different
muscle groups to save time. Example would be doing a set of lat pulldowns and immediatly followed by a set
of leg presses.
