      This is a very controversial question. Because when it comes to weight training there are definitely many ways to achieve success.Some individuals have gained tremendous results training each muscle group only once per week while others have gained the same doing each muscle group 2-3 times per week.Others have had great success working out at home on some home gym systems. Some individuals may have quick recovery rates and get away with training each muscle group 3 times a week. While others might go into a state of over training following that plan. What works for others may not work for you. Regardless of what you hear or read it all depends on how effective and smart you train.

    GUIDELINES TO FOLLOW

  •   If you are a beginner start with a circuit training program 3-4 times per week. If you need help or have any questions email info@fitsite.com to get set up on a program.

  • If you are looking to gain maximum strength and muscle work each muscle group no more than once per week. Consisting of a split routine .If you need help or have any questions email info@fitsite.com to get set up on a program.

  • If you are looking to tone and shape, work each muscle group twice a week consisting of split routine If you need help or have any questions email info@fitsite.com to get set up on a program.

      Whatever you decide to do. Make sure each muscle group gets a good 48 hours rest in between the next scheduled workout day for that muscle group. Weight training rips and breaks down the muscle and they need recovery time to prevent overtraining.

      Remember to maintain strict form and work to total positive failure while doing your exercises.
