    Definition:
      A process of weight training when the trainee begins with a heavy weight for a set and immediately follows with another set with a lighter weight, until a few sets are accomplished. Used to fully fatigue a muscle group.This is very high intensity process and can lead to overtraining in a very short amount of time. No more than once or twice a month performing descending sets.

      Always remember to maintain strict form and work to total positive failure while doing your exercises.
