Muscles worked: Hamstrings

Instructions:
In a seated position, place the leg you wish to stretch straight in front of you. Then place the other leg alongside to make a triangle with your legs. With a straight back, bend from your hips, and lean towards your toe. Reach for your toe with both hands and hold for 20 to 30 seconds

Dont's:
  • Don't bounce in an attempt to reach your toe.
