    Muscles worked: Pectorals

    Instructions:
    Standing upright with your back straight, place the xertube behind you against your back at lower chest level. Wrap the tube around your hands for desired tension. Raise your elbows up level with your lower chest as well. Push your arms straight out in front of you and hold there for one second. Contract your chest muscles, return slowly and repeat.
    Note If you are not getting enough resistance with the xertube you are using, try a larger tube.
    Dont's:
    Don't jerk the tube forward rapidly. Use a slow controlled motion.
