Americans just do not eat a well-balanced diet leaving many of us robbed of the vitamins and minerals our bodies require for maintaining our health. A simple vitamin tablet supplemented the start of each day would be a start in protecting your health along with following a well balanced diet.

      If you smoke, drink alcohol, coffee, or tea, have poor digestion or food allergies, have stress, don't follow a well balanced diet, eat a lot of processed foods or take out and exercise daily and weekly? These are just a few good reasons to be using vitamin and mineral supplements that lead to vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

      Beside vitamins and minerals, there are a lot of other supplements on the market that can benefit good health, assist in maximizing your training efforts and make meeting daily food requirements easier to accomplish. Wether your a bodybuilder, athlete, or someone looking to better their workouts, then supplements are a good solution. There are many great supplements on the market today. But, at the same time there is just as many bad ones. Don't be fooled by the amazing claims that you see in the muscle mags, commercials or the shelves of the health food stores. Many of the claims are either false or intensely exaggerated.
